NicheChoppers Review

If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!

Back in the day, I would review every little IM product that came out on this blog, without even knowing what they were about – in an effort to bank some affiliate commissions.

Well, sort of not a long term strategy, and it’s kind of risky when you’re establishing a blog like this – I mean, not much luck there if everyone hates you for making them buy junk.

Well, this is different.

NicheChoppers

As some of you know, I am in fact a moderator at this forum and I have been around there ever since NC was a baby with just a few members.

The place actually started out as a support forum for Norb’s (Norb Czufis, the main man behind NC) affiliates – however, the affiliates ended up sharing so many great strategies, tips and techniques on there that it literally became a goldmine for anyone trying to make a living online.

So we have people like Norb himself – major publisher on Clickbank, the kind of guy that can bank $10k in a day.

We also have the BigBillions team on board – the guys that published the MAJOR hit in the IM community known as Copy’n'Profit. They’ve also published several of the top products on CB.

Basically – people who have the vendor game down pat.

Then we have people like me. The affiliate.

I can scout the awesome products that Norb and the NC team puts out and be sure that I have something that will CONVERT on my hands. I build a couple of small websites, and I use my SEO tactics to rank in the search engines and in turn bank hundreds of dollars per day.

The expertise inside this place is amazing. We have people who are total experts in everything from creating products, making affiliate websites, SEO and PPC, graphics design, programming, social media and web 2.0 and everything you could think of… there’s someone who’s got major expertise, believe it.

So what makes this so great for ANYONE trying to make money online?

Answer: You can get personal support from ALL OF US.

Easy traffic, the lemonarian way.

Okay, so a lot of you guys are struggling with driving free traffic to your websites, squeeze pages and affiliate landing pages and what have you. I’ve been recommending this particular way to drive traffic to a lot of people lately, first because it’s very very simple, second because it WORKS like gangbusters.

Okay so here’s what you do.

  1. Find some good keywords to target. Preferrably less than 10k competing pages, and decent search volume (you decide what ‘decent’ is – how much traffic do you want?)
  2. Write a short article on each keyword. Include it in the title and sprinkled throughout the body. Members of NicheChoppers have access to my ‘Article Marketing Awesomeness’ report where I go over how I get up to 50% CTR on my articles, but if you know just some basic article marketing stuff it will suffice.
  3. Submit the article to EzineArticles and possibly a few other article directories. If you are at all familiar with Article Marketing you should be used to this… if you aren’t, well read up on the subject.
  4. Build one LinkWheel with each article. While you’re waiting for the articles to get approved, build one LinkWheel with each article. So for example if you’ve written/outsourced and submitted 5 articles, you would build a linkwheel with each article (duplicate content is fine) so you’d end up with 5 “wheels”.
  5. REPEAT!

That’s the basic strategy. Very simple, expand as much as you wish. Try using press releases and things like that, they will really add another dimension to the whole formula.

These 5 steps to traffic generation will coincidentally add 5 new traffic sources to your website.

#1 Direct article traffic. People browsing EZA. This alone could bring you hundreds of visitors.
#2 Web 2.0 properties ranking in the search engines, and in turn referring people to your website from them.
#3 Loads of inbound links to your website (with good anchor text if you’re smart) both from web 2.0 and article directories – which helps you rank in the search engines on your own.
#4 Articles ranking in the search engines. EZA ranks well, we all know that.
#5 Direct web 2.0 traffic. People browsing the web 2.0 sites…. not so much, if any traffic from here though :P

This is really as simple as it gets, and if you can’t squeeze a few visitors and sales out of this… maybe this isn’t the right business for you?

Enjoy, take action and have fun :)

Linus

And oh… if you want more awesome stuff like this from me, I release a lot of this stuff to the guys at NC where I’m a mod… So come hang out with me there!

Landing Pages part 2

This is a follow up post to the last one about Landing Pages. Read that first pl0x.

Anyway, I’m guessing you want to know about the second type of landing pages now…

It’s for people searching for product names and all things related to it. BOOM NEWSFLASH! Right?

Probably not, but it’s often overlooked, and that is VERY stupid if I say so myself.

Why? Because people searching for product names are already considering a purchase!

Therefore it’s some of the most targeted traffic you can recieve. Okay it’s not as MUCH traffic as you get by targeting common keywords, but they’re generally a lot more targeted and ready to buy.

Keywords you’d target would be things like:

  • “Product Name”
  • “Product Name Review”
  • “Product Name Scam”
  • “ProductName”
  • “ProductName Review”
  • “www.productnamewebsite.com” (that’s a good one ;)

…and so on.

The type of landing page you would use for these people – requires practically no thinking!

You just write a brief UNBIASED OVERVIEW of what the product is about, and include the product box or whatever is available. Just a paragraph or two of what the product is about, as an OVERVIEW, and not a “review”. You can’t have an opinion at all. You’re gonna have to sound like a boring dude working for the government – like a “professional”.

Get it?

Then under that you have something like “actual consumer feedback”, which is a fancy phrase for testimonials.

And then have your links on the top and bottom and after the descriptive paragraph stuff.

And that’s it.

Enjoy…
