Karma is fking awesome

in Success, Philosophical, Goal Setting etc

So lately I’ve been helping out a LOT of people make money online… mostly new guys with questions on my LinkWheel strategy or general SEO stuff, and things like “I have this site here… what would you do to squeeze the most money out of this?”.

Especially at the NicheChoppers forum, but also personally through msn and other forums, and people just emailing me and so on.

I’m getting questions in my inbox every single day, and I do my best to answer everything to the best of my ability.

And shit man, it’s paying off.

Karma is freaking awesome.

I’m at the point where people are emailing me and asking me

“Hey Linus, thanks for all your help! What’s your affiliate link for product XYZ? I want to buy it through your link as a way of saying thanks”

I’m serious. And it surprises me every time. And I love it.

It feels really good to have people be that grateful to you.. And I’m doing my best to help anyone who asks out :)

Also, I don’t know if this is some cosmic coincidence or if there’s a correlation between this (I’ve been into personal development and manifestation and all that for like 6 yrs since I was 9) … but I’ve noticed an increase in sales. Like, across the board… things I haven’t gotten sales on in months, campaigns that are several months old just suddenly decides to make me some money again.

And plus, the Law of Tenfold Return tells you that whatever you give you’ll get a tenfold return on (read the book Seed Money everyone :)

So my new philosophy:

Helping people = $$$

How awesome is that?

Linus

The awesome is that you were helping people BEFORE you made money with it :) Now you can just enjoy the benefits not the other way around. And yeah, it’s pretty awesome, but keep it up, don’t burn out too soon, coz that’s what happens to 99% of ppl :(

Yeah… well I’ve thought about burning out, especially since I have a lot of school stuff and so on… Though, I find that helping people just makes me more motivated :)

Well yeah, I know the feeling when you sit in front of 5 teachers that “know the real deal” and they judge you by how good you know the material for that particular exam of some idiot subject while you’re making $$ the combined salary of these same 5… ;) How rude the world is… for THEM! :)

Exactly, lol.
It’s funny because we have Economy right now, and it’s like “wtf gives you the right to tell me how to handle my money? No offense, but you’re a teacher.” …lol.

How I wish I could have learned that lesson earlier…sigh.
It is all about cause and affect, and marketing seems to be a perfect playground to test that!
The path you are on is truly the path less traveled!
I pray that you will be able to find a balance that serves you as well as those you serve.

Hey Lemonarian,
Where is the best place I can read your stuff? I can’t afford NC right now, had to drop out after my 3 day trial. I really am learning great stuff from you from the few things I saw on the site.
I hope your Karma continues to grow great for you!
Thanks for sharing.

Karma is amazing isn’t it? I also love helping people and have experienced similar things like you in the last couple of years. There is no better feeling than helping someone solve a major problem.

I just love getting emails that tell me how I helped yet another person. My hat is off to you my friend. Keep up the fabulous work – more karma points to you.

BTW, LOVE the link to Gary Halbert Letters. :) They rock!

It is excellent that Karma works in making money online. I think the same strategy works in life in general.

Karma doesn’t have to be in terms of getting $ back- you never know when you might need some good will. Maybe your name is getting slammed in the forums by some flamewar nazi for some imagined insult? You may find freinds coming from out of nowhere to defend your good name.

Treating others as you would wish to be treated isn’t just a good idea, it’s the way the universe works, and if you plant ice, you’re gonna harvest cold wind.

Karma isn’t just a short time span action reaction thing. If you make affiliate marketing more competitive and the herds who jump in get hurt in the long run, you’ll be punished, too. There is nothing worst when stupidity is coupled with good intention and diligence.
